About NGTC

Neil Greaves, Managing Director

Neil has more than 30 years of experience, holding various roles from labourer to construction manager in:

  • telecommunications
  • civil engineering
  • construction
  • electrical engineering
  • and the service industry

This includes 16 years of roading experience both in the UK and New Zealand .

Qualifications

  • Level 1 Site Traffic Management Supervisor Trainer/Assessor
  • Level 2/3 Site Traffic Management Supervisor Trainer/Assessor
  • National Certificate in Adult Education (Level 4)

Training

While working in the industry here in New Zealand Neil recognised a need for the delivery of quality training and training practices, initially in temporary traffic management.

Since starting this business Neil has developed temporary traffic management training courses for various clients around New Zealand.

Following requests from various quarters First Aid and other training courses are now being considered and developed to meet the requirements for the Health and Safety of a wider industry group.

Consultancy

Other consultancy work has involved Neil assisting with the development of codes of practice in temporary traffic management for various Local Territorial Authorities in New Zealand as well as the delivery of the introductory training for those codes.
